«В истории современной России подобных показателей еще не было. Это элемент демократичности. Высокое качество кампании, обеспечившее полную достоверность подсчета голосов и безусловную ее легитимность, подтверждает и исследование ВЦИОМ», - подчеркнула председатель Центризбиркома Элла Памфилова.
